Common questions
What counts as a report?
One unique address per calendar month. Running a report on the same address again within 14 days uses cached comps and doesn't count against your quota.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt. We don't auto-bill overages, so you stay in control of what shows up on your card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and access continues through the end of your current billing period. We'll consider refund requests case by case — just email us.
Is there a free trial of the paid tiers?
Not separately. The Free tier gives you 5 reports a month, forever — enough to put the product through its paces. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Where do the comps come from?
A rental data provider with 140+ million property records, combined with our written analysis. For most active markets, the comp data is current within the last 90 days.
Is there an API?
Not yet. Right now we're focused on the web product and a few workflow tools (bulk CSV, branded PDF). If you have a specific integration in mind, tell us about it.
Do you offer team plans?
Not yet. Accounts are single-seat for now. If your team needs shared portfolios or report handoff, get in touch and we'll add it if there's enough demand.
